Schools Monitoring and Grading Management System has been developed for Director of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh with objective of improvement in quality of education in government school through periodically grading and monitoring of schools. School Grade App is developed to support above task so that School will share detailed information of physical infrastructure of school for analysis and subsequent necessary action from Director of Secondary Education UP.
School can enter details of physical infrastructure under 27 different section like Class room details & conditions, Practical Lab, Staff Room, Library , Art and Craft room, Playground, Computer lab , Smart class , Drinking water ,Toilets for Boys and Girls, Furniture , Biometric ,CCTV ,Open Gym, Electricity, Fire fighting, Rain harvesting, Solar panel, Boundary Wall, Principal Room, vocational Education Room and Office Room.
Detailed information data along with condition or quality of infrastructure captured in 27 categories of physical infrastructure captured by this mobile app which will be useful for further data analysis and decision making for future activities.
